iPad2 still needing activation.

I like many iPad2 users posted questions re unexpected activation messages and errors. It seemed from replies and posts that for most/many the problem has been resolved. But II continue having the same problem. Error messages re server being busy, advice to connect to iTunes. But iTunes comes up with a blank screen...and so it goes on. I have followed every step of each recommendation to no avail. And as I need my iPad for my work, I'm getting exceedingly frustrated.

And now I can't find how to schedule a call with Apple Support.

Argh!!

And we live over 2.5 hours away from the nearest Apple Store, which also happens to be our nearest authorised reseller.

Any answers, advice or magic wands would be most appreciated!
