I cannot get icloud storage purchase links to increase on my Macbook Pro.   I can't delete files, or old back-ups.  iCloud is horrible! I have plenty of storage and management on my iMac & iPhone but my Macbook Pro will not function.  I've checked all settings.  So now what do I do?

You can upgrade your iCloud storage plan from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC, and you can choose a total of 50GB, 200GB, 1TB, or 2TB. After you upgrade, we'll bill you monthly.

If you purchased a monthly plan before September 16, 2015, your account was upgraded automatically. If you're currently on an annual plan, you'll continue to renew annually at that rate. If you select a new monthly plan, your annual plan won't be available to you.

I can't get links to function to increase storage & change the plan. ! I didn't receive the mail on my MacBook but am replying by phone. It is not helpful to tell me the obvious. Why Would it not function to buy more or connect to links when I'm signed in?  Is there a phone number or something that works with iCloud?

We would need more specific information in order to help. What do you mean when you say you can't get "storage purchase links to increase on your Macbook Pro"? What exactly are you attempting to do, and what are you not seeing that you expect to?

Where are you trying to "delete old files and old backups"? Why can't you delete them? What happens when you try?

If you are singed into the same iCloud account on your Macbook Pro, then you would have the same amount of iCloud Storage available as you do on your other devices/computers that are singed into that same iCloud account. So. what are the differences you are seeing?

You are asking the same questions over again that I've told you.  If you can't provide me with a phone number or provide some help, it's a waste of time for both of us. The links to make a purchase or to increase my storage on iCloud do not work to make these changes.

I am asking you to explain what you mean by "do not work". You have not explained anything. If you take the time to answer the questions that have been asked, we may be able to help. Otherwise, your on your own.

1. Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage, then tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
2. Choose the amount of storage you want, tap Buy (in the upper-right corner), then follow the instructions that appear.

I've tried to explain.  I have gone to settings over and over and have over 22 GB of storage left, and still cannot increase additional storage using the links to make a purchase on this iMac.  The links to purchasing additional storage will not work. I will try using my iMac and will "be on my own".

I have tried this also numerous times.  My icloud storage is full.  Everytime I try to buy more I just get a blank grey box that appearsI
