How to drag from iTunes to iPhone on Windows 7

Hello, my favorite tech companies (one of my favorite)

I want to install a song on my iPhone for free, because I have iTunes on my computer. I have downloaded the song, connected the iPhone (6, iOS 10.0.2 if it has high priority) to my Windows 7, trusted the computer, opened iTunes and the Windows explorer, and opened the Storage folder, trying to drag the song here, not success, Opened DCIM, not success, Opened the newest folder, not success. What I need to do to get the song?
