black box on my screen at all times

I'm running an Mac Mini  and just updated to High Sierra 10.13. after update and restart I have a black Box (Picture Frame) on my screen (6"x9"), the Mouse curser is inside the frame and to moves with the curser. I have already checked "VoiceOver" and this is not activate.
