Clear history option missing in iOS11

I updated both my iPhone and iPad to iOS11. I tried to clear my history after doing some browsing, and History is not listed, hence I have no way to delete it without going into the Settings app.  I don’t have it set to private browsing, restrictions are not activated. Is this something that came with the update? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi. I assume you mean in iOS Safari. If you tap on the bookmark icon in the top line, then the clock (3rd icon in the bookmark list), you should see the history with a clear option, like this screenshot. The clear is at the end of the history.
