how to lock ipad even from opening camera

Hello,

I am completely bugged by this. I have applied my thumb print and a passcode because when the ipad is locked no one should be able to access it.

How can I "lock" up my ipad even from the camera from opening?

I work with children and use the ipad in the classroom for notes and stuff for my daily reports and sometimes when I am helping children, one or two, will want to try to open but they access the camera and take pictures. I don't like this when it happen because the all the functionality should be locked.

I may be the only person worried about this but this should be an upgrade or an option to have everything on lock down or to have certain things easily accessible.

Please help. Maybe there is something that I am missing.
