Where do I find a list of keychain account passwords on my Mac laptop?

Hi nturf.  Open Keychain Acess in the Utilities folder to view the applications that have passwords.  From here you can remove them if you need to reset a password. You can right click on a name to copy the password to your clipboard also.

The storage file for KeyChain passwords is strongly encrypted. You will not make any progress looking at the KeyChain file.

As already suggested, Use KeyChainAccess .app It's in

/Applications/Utilities
