Unable to install WatchOS 4 Beta

I've tried several time to install the latest beta of WatchOS 4 on my series 1 Apple Watch. I've started the process at beta.apple.com and downloaded a Beta profile to my Watch. I have the WatchOS 4 iOS app, but I can't get the beta to install. I'm instructed to restart my watch after downloading the beta profile, and that works fine. When the watch restarts and I tap General > Software Update I only get the message that my watchOS 3.2.3 is up to date.

I know the GM version is coming out next week, so maybe I should just wait, but I wanted to get a jump on the new OS.

If anyone has any ideas I appreciate them.
