Calendar chooses a different time zone

The calendar sometimes automatically set an appointment into Hanoi time, where I used to live. I now live in Nairobi and have all devices set in Nairobi time. Sync goes well most of the time. Only sometimes it sets my appointment in Hanoi time (so I end up thinking a appointment is 3 hours later).

How to resolve this? I hope someone can help!
