I had updated to iOS 11 and now the iCloud stor...

Hi need your help,

After updated my devices to iOS 11 and now all my devices are now able to upload or use the iCloud any more because it indicated my iCloud storage is full and the iCloud setting did not change before my update to iOS 11.

I had tried backup all my files possible then uplink and delete files in all my devices that link to the iCloud and also log into the iCloud to do likewise without any success.
