Apps disappeared from iTunes library

Apps does not appear on the dropdown list of my iTunes library.  They also do not appear when I connect my iPad to my Mac with iTunes.  But the apps are installed on my iPad mini 2.

The latest version of iTunes (12.7) has removed the App Store

and all app management functions.

From now on, apps must be managed on each individual device.

There must be an app management program in the works for people with multiple devices and enterprise customers/businesses. Maybe they will expand the Apple Configurator program to include customization of iOS apps on the devices.

I always liked the old iTunes way to arrange iOS apps (app groups and various pages, especially when you have many apps to organize) the way you want, doing it with a mouse on the Mac and then just hit Sync.
