My ipad is not connected to wifi, it was setup in another country and is new. This does´t work at all.

I already tried this, didn´t work. Itunes says, you have to have the latest version of itunes (I have it), software for this ipad is not currently available. Icloud says, the ipad will be erased when it is connected to wifi....and still it is locked.

my new Ipad pro is disabled
