Stand Ring and Apple Watch

Upgraded to an iPhone 8 Plus. Phone running iOS 11, Watch running watchOS 4.0

On older iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 11 and the Watch running watchOS 4.0, I used to get a ping at 50 minutes past the hour if I did not stand up that hour. With the new iPhone 8 Plus, I do not get the notification even though it is turned on in My Watch/General/Activity .... Stand Reminders is turned on. iPhone and watch are not on silent.

Also another quirk, it does not show you on the watch when you click on your rings and scroll down to the bars for standing when you have one to do. On the old iPhone, it used to show a dimly lit bar meaning you had not done that hour. Now, you just have to guess if you got the hour or not.
