Hi all,

I have a problem with the "Preview" which is not working. When I launch the app by double clicking on it or when I want to open any PDF document, I get the following message: "You can’t open the application “Preview” because it is not responding." (However, I can open PDF documents with Adobe). I am on Mac OS Sierra and I used a backup to transfer all my files/applications from my old mac to my new one. Please, can you help me fix the problem ?

Go to the Apple menu > select Force Quit > select Preview > select Force Quit > then try re-opening your document in Preview.
