Bookmarks/Favorites Gone!

My laptop just updated itself and then Flash Player asked me to update so I did. Now Safari is different and all of my bookmarks and favorites are gone. I've looked online for help and all I've found so far was to open Time Machine and go back to get the bookmarks. Thing is...last time I used that was almost 3 years ago. So that wont help me. Is there another way to get all of my bookmarks and favorites back?

(macOS Sierra v10.12.5)
