Why would the file index.xml be downloaded to my computer (from some unknown location) every time I boot or startup my iMac? I can delete the file from downloads and the trash bin and restart, but it shows up again every time. I am running macOS Sierra v 10.12.6 on a late 2009 iMac-27 (2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 12 GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB SSD HDD).
