MacBook Pro 2016 13

I'm from India and am facing a real issue with my MacBook Pro late 2016 13-inch laptop— a double letter ‘nn’ appears when the letter ’n’ is typed—this happens once in about 15-20 ’n’ strokes—completely unpredictably. The Genius Bar returned the device after “rectifying” the problem. When the problem recurred they took it back and said that they'd replaced the physical key. Now the problem is back and I am now to submit the laptop to the service centre again--and I've really found my interaction with the Genius Bar very disappointing so far. This problem makes my technical work vulnerable to errors, which autocorrect will not rectify (as a matter of fact, I chose to migrate to Mac about 8 months ago specifically in order to have a trouble-free experience). Is there anyone else at apple that I can turn to? How do I reach them?

The Apple store would be the correct place for solving your problem.

One thing to try....reset the NVRAM before taking it in for service....although it does appear to be hardware-related.
