I cannot enable my apple id

My apple id was on my dads computer, he didnt know the password so he kept trying which then disabled my apple id on both my computer and phone. I cannot update apps, download apps, download music, or anything. It's gotten to the point where its just so frustrating. Ive trying reseting my password three times but it hasnt worked. I look up online "how to enable my apple id" and they all say the same thing, reset your password (which ive tried multiple times). If anyone is able to tell me how to enable it that would be amazing. My school starts next week and I need to figure this out so I can download school related apps.
