Second iPad Pro got this month sound fails

So exchanged for another brand new iPad Pro 12.9 , does same issues as other, those issues are.

1) Siri never answers 'hey Siri" questions like she does not hear me, on my other iPads Siri and sound does work and no sound issues.

2) alarm clock never works discovered that on apple announcements last Tuesday.

3) notification of even did not work, so after waking up @ 10:15 I asked Siri what time is it since no alarm to wake me up discover screen shows to turn off alarm that did appear @ 9 am as setup to do. But no sounds every heard and no notifications of this apple event that on apple website said do you want to add to calendar did that then setup as notification, those did not work.

4) this was my exchanged for prior unit on phone with apple 11 days trying to get this unit to work, so to to exchange or refund. Did exchanged. Now same issues but did notice this time instal was perfect on newer device. So expectations was great it works, but sound got massive eco, and massive loud high pitched sirens noise, in short sound was disaster.

5) again back on phone with apple. Had to stop temporary due to doctors and hospital appointments was due.

6) seems like I am not the only person with these issues.

7) Facetime no sound, iMessage no sound, alarm never goes off with sound, but tells you to stop alarm when I tested alarm appeared but no sound, so tried to view movies news anything with sound like my website that I have created a talking alien using my voice way back in 2004. Sound was distorted.

8) so holding iPad Pro from sides activated Siri and questions appear to ask her, but no sounds like she used to say on Mac Pro I did not hear that? Nothing like this on this iPad Pro.

9) but talking to apple Teck advisor call gets put on hold on iPad as Siri now say here are lest score totally interruption phone call and placing apple senior advisor on hold is now routine that Siri interups all calls put everyone on hold to her to never be asked " hey Siri" words never said, just pure interruptions. Anybody else have any of these issues?
