Basically I got a used iPhone SE and I can't get it to reset because, "Find my IPhone" is on and in order to disable it I need the password from the old IPhone owner, to access his ICloud account which is still on the phone.

The problem his he's not willing to help and now I find my self with this awful dilemma!

Victor, I'm sorry to say but you have a brick.   If the phone is activated only the original owner can undo it.

I'm sure when you think about it, you would understand the need.   It is personal security ... but in your case it comes at a price.

Tell him to remove the lock or give you a refund. He doesn’t need to and shouldn’t give you his password.

Yes, very true.   I was assuming (not always a good idea) that Victor would have asked for the money back once the seller refused to unlock the phone.
