Took my iwatch to the pool, was working after, ...

Okay so I accidentally wore my apple watch into the pool for about 10 minutes until someone noticed it and told me. My watch was still working after so I assumed it was fine. Now after I charged it, it is no longer turning on. I still see the apple sign every once in a while if I press the buttons down but it isn't actually working. I think it must of been the heat from the charger that evaporated the water that was left in it. What can I do to fix it. Please help, I'm freaking out.

Don't turn it on or charge it again before you have taken it back to an apple store for assessment.
