Latest products in India

I am based out of Delhi - India and have been trying to procure the latest version of the Ipad Pro 12.9 with Promotion for the last 1 month (or since its release). It seems that we have not yet received the product. I am very disappointed that you are ignoring such an important market and customers who are ready to buy Apple products.

I have seen that most of the new age products are available very late in my country, while my country provides the most IT resources to the world. I am very sorry to say that I still do not have a confirmation on the availability of the same.

You also have a manufacturing unit in India, but still we have to wait for almost 3-4 months before it is available in India. I am not sure if this is the correct forum to address, but I am trying my luck in all forums, so that someone looks at this and does something about the same.

Why is there so much delay in the product availability in India? I am disappointed?
