Since July this year I am getting panic reports (When laptop is not plugged directly to the electricity I noticed), so if my laptop is on and not plugged to the electricity and runs from the battery instead then I get the following report:

Whats going on? Can someone help me solve this issue?

By the way I ran diagnostic test pressing D and no hardware issues.

I re installed OS fresh, still get the same panic report.
