My Personal Card/Contact Keeps Deleting itself

I have an iPad Pro wifi only, and I just got iOS 11.0.2. I open contacts and I open my personal card/conatact and all it shows is my name; no phone number, email or anything. I put in my information, and a few minutes later I check my contacts to see if it’s still there but everything I put in is gone. All my contacts are still there except that my personal card/contact keeps deleting itself. Then I tried turning off Contacts in iCloud and turn it back on. I tap on delete from my iPad. I go back into contacts and put in my info again, press done, and it deletes before I leave the app! All of my contacts are fine except for my personal card/conatact. There was also like 13 of me in my contacts. Like there were 13 Foster Lindsay’s, (That’s my name). This was after I turned iCloud off and on again.
