About declined payment

I got 2 e-mails from Apple a few days ago.

The first email said that I have to update my payment because my card provider has declined payment for the debit card I provided.

So, I tried to update my payment but it didn't work.

However, after few minutes, I got an another email that my order was successfully updated and my changes are reflected below.

Then I checked my order status but there was a message that 'Payment action required'.

Do I have to go to the bank to solve this problem?? Or is it done and can I get my MacBook on the expected date??

I need to use the MacBook as soon as possible.
