lost admin privalleges after upgrade to high si...

Since I upgraded to macOS High Sierra I have lost my admin privalleges. The account has been changed to Standard.

I have tried deleting the 'UpdateSetupDone' file in single user mode but this hasn't worked.

Can anyone please help
