How to disable the keychain log in?

Is there a way to disable keychain log in requirement? I find it very annoying that every time my wife wants to use her Mac that she cannot gain access to files without first logging in to keychain . I find it ridiculous in this day and age that this feature cannot be disabled (turned off)! I understand that some people have a need for added security,

We do not. She is running Sierra OS

no, I have a iMac mid 2010 and my wife has a Mac Mini 2015. I find it strange I have no issues with key chain on my iMac, I never have to log in. But my wife's Mini  asks every time she attempts to use it !

Apple > System Preferences > Users & Groups > unlock the preference panel > select Login Options > switch Automatic login: from Off to the Users Name.
