iPad Air not recieving iOS 11 update

My iPad says that the latest available update is the 10.3.3. I've already rebooted it twice. My iPhone which I didn't also update it it to iOS 10.3.3 received the iOS 11 update. What can it be? Should I wait longer?

Hi. Make sure you delete any beta profiles. Then restart the iPad, power off, not just sleep.
