Password bar not popping up for verification code

Am I going crazy? What am I missing?

1. I changed my password and go to sign in on iCloud.

2. I put in my new Apple password and it alerts me that a verification code is required (see photo 1)

3. I receive the verification code on my phone

4. I press OK on the popup and then theres nothing. There's nowhere for me to put my <password><verification code> .

Please help
