Macbook pro sudden battery problems

All of a sudden my macbook pro had switched off and could only be switched on when plugged in (although it was fully charged). I checked the cycle count my battery had had and the number was 361 (its not even close the max).

Now I can only use my macbook when it's plugged in and there is a sign "replace now" by the battery icon.

(but there was no "replace soon" sign before). Does anybody know if something can be done that doesn't involve battery replacement?
