How to set a reminder after completion of task?

Is it possible to setup a recurring task in Reminders so that it repeats and the next occurrence begins in a fixed amount of time upon completion of the prior occurrence? See below screenshot from Microsoft Entourage which I still use for my tasks because it has the above great feature.

Have you tried accessing the reminder setup panel and selecting Repeat/Custom? The choices aren't as many as in your screen shot, but offers some options.
