can i use UAE i watch (celluler) in india

The cellular element of the Watch had to be tied to an iPhone mobile account in the SAME county as bought and that account needs to be a personal account.

The Watch LTE/G4 Chip can not roam or choose what network is it’s as it’s locked.

So the Apple Watch So3 will only work as a normal WiFi/ Bluetooth phone paired with an iPhone outside the market of purchase.

Can‘t understand anyone buying a UAE/Saudi phone /watch what with FaceTime locked out and all.

Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular) is not locked to any specific carrier and has a built-in eSIM that copies information from the iPhone's SIM card.

The built-in cellular features require a carrier plan in your country of use that specifically includes support for Apple Watch (including the carrier activating the device on the plan).

If buying Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) in another country, then you would need to buy a model that supports the relevant LTE and UMTS bands for your intended country of use and your supported carrier there.
