Configurator 2.5 and iPad running iOS 11

First attempt at imaging iPad mini 3 running iOS 11 - after imaging iPad the WIFI access points are not populated on first screen. Also many default Apple apps are not fully installed until you connect device to the internet and then the apps seem to download and install. These two issues are not present with iPads running 10.3.x - thinking this is an iOS 11 bug. Anyone else seeing this behavior?
