Ipad not connecting to app store

I have an iPad Air 2 running iOS beta 11.  For the past few weeks, I've not been able to connect to the app store. Ipad is telling me I have 39 updates!!

I have tried to go back to iOS 10 but had problems with connecting ipad to my MacBook - not tried since.

I'm also have problems with charging - I put my cable in when it's around 30% but comes up telling accessory not supported despite being an apple one - I have Anker cables too and the same happens.  Sometimes it goes right down to less than 10% before it will charge.

I have sent feedback regarding these issues but wonder if anyone had any ideas please? Oh, the iPad is 3 years old In November

I have checked my wifi and also tried via tethering
