Macbook Pro 13" Retina (2015) Fans on When not ...

I bought this Macbook Pro about a year ago and for the last few of months there has been a constant problem with the fans turning on when the computer was in sleep mode. I've been to the apple store to try and fix the problem more than 4-5 times as well as calling apple support and it's gotten very annoying as pretty much everything has been tried; doing an SMC reset, reinstalling operating system, resetting to original settings, restoring from backup, doing a clean install and using the computer without restoring for a week, having the computer left at the apple store for an overnight diagnostic test. Nothing, none of these solutions have worked, I would love to get this problem fixed as soon as possible.
