Pressing Digital Crown is Unresponsive

I'm pressing the Digital Crown and it's not bringing up the main app screen. It was fine this morning but now it's having issues. I haven't even been using it and now when I press the crown it either does nothing or if I double-tap the button it brings up the app screen, but with a lot of lag. What is going on? If it matters, the OS is up to date.

It may help to restart your Apple Watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag the slider to turn off; then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

I have the same problem with my 2 months old apple watch nike. Suddenly the crown is not doing anything when pressed but it works well up and down. Its press feel is perfect but it doesn't do anything when you press it. I mean the screen doesn't change. I did everything apple said and reset twice but of course I can't do a hard reset because the inward press is not working in the first place....

The same situation, Nike+ Series 2, couple of month working perfect but 2 days ago just stop responding when you press but as you say "DIGITAL CROWN" goes up and down.

Authorised Service Center take them without any questions, when i show the problem.
