I can not use App Store on iOS 11

I am not able to use App Store. I am signed in to my Apple ID and can access ITunes and IBooks, but am not able to use App Store. Is there anything anyone can do, Thanks!

iOS11 is a pre-release software and cannot be discussed/troubleshooted into public forum included this one. Note also that when you accepted the license you subscribed an NDA so ... wait for the final version
