Need for multiple erase in mail

Hello everybody ;

That is my question;

Since the update to Sierra, every time I erase my mail from the recycle bin they come back and I have to erase them a second time then I find them in the "archives" and delete them again and again erase them in the "trash".

Same problems with friends, so it does not come from my iMac.

This is not normal I suppose, does anyone also have this kind of worry ?

I see that you're having to delete emails twice in the Mail application on your iMac since they're also showing up in the Archive where you need to delete them again. I'm happy to help.
