Windows 10 Laptop; Some movies in iTunes librar...

I have several movies in my iTunes library. Some play fine; others only a black screen shows with the control bar at the bottom. None of the movies are downloaded except for one - the one I'm trying to watch, since I thought that might have been the problem. Nope - fully downloaded, still doesn't play.

I attempted to use the Apple Support site, but since I'm not using an Apple Product to VIEW the movie with (gee, iTunes is an Apple Product), I can't get support since I don't have a serial number. One of many reasons why I will not purchase any other Apple products as support and help are most often times non-existent, in my humble opinion.

Regardless, if there is any solution to my problem that can be offered, it would be greatly appreciated.
