IOS Photos and Videos app

On IOS platform, there are Photos and Videos system app. When I saved my video files on my Ipad, it’s available on Photos app but not on Videos app. This brings me to my question. What is the different between these two apps? Why Videos app only show Film or videos I got from iTunes but not my personal saved videos?

The Videos app is for films and TV programmes that you buy from the iTunes Store (so it's mainly for playing iTunes purchases), and you can also sync videos (that you've added to the TV and/or films section of your computer's iTunes library) to it - they are the only ways to get videos into the app, downloading them from the store directly on the iPad, and syncing them from your computer's iTunes library.

The Photos app is for photos and videos taken with the iPad, and you can also sync photos and videos to it via iTunes (Keep your photos safely stored and up to date on all of your devices - Apple Support), and anything photos/videos that you save from emails, Safari etc. will also go there
