iOS 11 Apple Music does not work!!!

After installing iOS 11 Apple music does not work. I can not run the app.

Have you tried restarting the phone?

If this doesn't work try a wipe and reinstall. BEFORE doing this back it up your phone and files.

Apple Music works if I'm not signed in with the Apple ID, or I do not use the internet. I can not reinstall because I will lose all POP mails. iTunes does not sync POP mail.
