Where did Edit Playlist go in 12.7 iTunes?

Why did they remove Edit Playlist option from iTunes 12.7? How do you easily edit now? I see you can drag songs or albums into a new playlist, but you drag them blind. You can't see where they are landing and thus they may drag out of order.

The note in the new version says to open a new window to easily edit the order of songs. How do you create a new window within iTunes?
