My Apple ID is still disabled even after resett...

The alert I get when I try to download or update apps is "Your Apple ID has been disabled".

I do not know how this happened but I did accidently type in the password wrong a few times but not recently.

I tried everything, resetting password, resetting security questions, I even reset the device. When I log in on an iPad it shows that my device is connected, but still won't let me download anything.

Nope. None of those suggestions worked. I signed out after changing password and security question and still get the same prompt when I re- sign in.

Did you ever figure out a resolution?
