iTunes Home Sharing now works between users on ...

Just noticed this as I created a new account for my daughter and I had left iTunes open.

She logged into the computer (with Fast User switching) while I was still logged in and iTunes running & my Home Shared library showed up in her iTunes and it works fine.

Thanks for this kind of update.

this would also require the same Apple ID signed into both iTunes (in both Mac user accounts) >
