not able to play purchased songs

so ive been trying to listen to a favourite album of mine, but on my phone not all the songs are showing up, (2015 and 2016 album both purchased through itunes store) and when i go onto itunes on my mac it just shows purchased but doesnt let me play them, does anyone know how to fix problem??
