I bought an iMac Retina 5K that is running macOS Sierra. I bought it new I did the setup myself but now that I want to do updates and install programs it won't let me. I checked in users & groups and under my name it says Managed. In other users is say Apple-Macintosh and under it says, admin. I don't have the password for Apple-Mach and under my username, it won't let me install anything. I don't know what to do. Please advise.
