Little black pieces falling out from inside of ...

So I bought my macbook in Jan of 2015 and now suddenly it sounds like a bunch of lose plastic pieces are just falling around freely inside of my laptop. It is very apparent and at one point it felt they hit my fan or something and my laptop started to skip but I shut it off and it has been fine since. There small little curved black pieces, I know this because 3 of them fell out the back of it. I am planning to take it to the apple store next week but I was just wondering if anyone has come across this type of thing before? and if its an expensive fix or not. Thanks!

Did you buy AppleCare when you bought your machine?

Which country are you from.   This matters because consumer law may be on your side.

I can't recognise the pieces but it clearly has to go back to the store.   Maybe it is part of the blade of a fan.

No, I bought it in Japan from the NEX at a military base, and yes I plan to take it to the apple store next week but I figured I would ask on here and see if anyone had any experience with this before

Then you would have to rely on Apple being reasonable as consumer law in Japan would not be valid in my view.

As Seventy One has said, it looks like the blades of the fan.

Unfortunately this is my school macbook, so i am not able to fix it by myself. Is it gonna cost alot to replace the fan? because it suddenly happened after i was studying, i did not dropped it either, it just happened
