How do you rearrange apps on your iPhone now th...

I use iTunes to organize my apps on my mobile device, unfortunately iTunes 12.7 does no longer supports app management on synced devices. So far the only support guidance I've seen refers me to the App Store so I can install an app, but how can I move my apps to their desired location now?
