Icloud drive switches itself off after update t...

I just updated to ios11 on my Ipad. After it happened, all files were missing from several (non-apple) apps, specifically GoodNotes. The support of the app told me it probably misses connection to Icloud. When I try to switch on icloud, I have to enable Icloud drive. However, when I enable this in settings> Apple ID > Icloud > Icloud drive, it asks to upgrade to icloud drive. I then do this, but after a few minutes, it has switched itself off again. When I swipe the button right, it asks to upgrade again. All files saved in the meanwhile are gone.


How can i fix this? I hope to still find back my documents and continue to save and keep new ones!
