How to get my old Apple Music account back?

I’ve wanted to download a song and it says that the song is not available in my country and change my country to the United Kingdom, anyway when I went to my music again almost all my music was gone, and realized I’m not in my account so I tried to log back on and it said that I don’t have Apple Music account so I made another one and I know for sure that my old account still exists because I saw it and I really want it back and I don’t want to pay double the price.
